Many of the products we sell may be handmade, handcrafted, individually finished, made from natural materials, or produced in small quantities. Variations in color, texture, finish, pattern, dimensions, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Actual product colors and appearance may also vary based on photography, lighting, and the screen or device used to view the product.

Special Orders

Certain products may be available by special order, preorder, customization, personalization, or through arrangements made directly with our team.

Availability and estimated arrival dates for these products are subject to vendor production schedules, inventory, shipping, and other circumstances that may be outside Providence's control.

Any estimated arrival or fulfillment date provided for a special-order or preorder item is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

Additional terms may apply to special orders, personalized products, custom merchandise, furniture, artwork, or other items ordered specifically for a customer. Those terms will be communicated where applicable.

Shipping, Pickup, Returns, and Other Store Policies
