• For hard, smooth surfaces, use anti-skid pad or tack nails to prevent mat from sliding.
• In more sun-exposed areas, particularly the southernmost U.S. regions, lighter rope colors like Sand or Fog Gray are most prone to fading. We recommend darker colors like Charcoal or Navy for better longevity in these conditions.

Every doormat is carefully hand-woven in Maine. The doormat will not mold or mildew and care is quite simple. To clean the doormat an occasional shake-out will do. It repels water during rain showers and doesn’t get waterlogged
